PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL

Peppermint essential oil is one of the most well-known versatile essential oils and for good reason. It is a very effective muscle relaxant and especially helpful in alleviating tension headaches. Apply peppermint oil topically when diluted in a carrier oil and apply it to the temples, back of the neck and shoulders for pain relief. Keep in mind that peppermint oil is very concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Add it to your cabinet of holistic goodies and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with using all-natural remedies.

Directions

Use 3-5 drops per 100ML of water in a diffuser. Topical use - Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier oil for topical use.
