Return Policy

At Moons Breath, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that certain factors may influence your decision to return or exchange your order. We offer a 14-day return/exchange/store credit policy for all merchandise except for bar soap purchases. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

What items are non-returnable?

Bar soaps, opened essential oils, used diffuser bracelets and apparel. For the safety of our customers, we are unable to resell opened bottled essential oils therefore we cannot accept returns at this time. If you have questions or concerns with your order, please email customer service at info@moonsbreath.com within the 14 days after you receive your order so we can assess the issue. When returning a diffuser bracelet, please ensure that the lava beads have not been exposed to any oils or chemicals (If you applied oil or liquid to your bracelet's lava beads the item will not be eligible for return). Sale items and gift cards are final sale.Refund and exchange requests after 14 days will be rejected. Items damaged by the customer are not returnable.

Why are your soaps non-returnable?

We do not accept returns/exchanges on any personal care products, such as our bar soaps. We hope you understand that this policy is in place to protect the safety and hygiene of our customers. We want you to be confident that when you purchase a product from us, it is brand new and has never been used before. Exceptions for apparel returns?

Since apparel is made to order we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects. Returns are only permitted if there is a manufacturing issue with the print. Manufacturing issues include, but are not limited to, printing errors, misalignment, or any flaws that occurred during the production process. Please email us directly at info@moonsbreath.com to report an issue with your order. We ask that you send us a picture of the item attached to the email in order to approve and process your request for a refund or replacement. Please DO NOT use the return center form to request a refund for apparel.

How do I request a return?

Please refer to our RETURN CENTER page (for all products except for apparel) on the website and enter your order number along with your email to start the process. You may also email us at info@moonsbreath.com

When can I expect my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after checking with your bank or credit card company and it's been 14 business days since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@moonsbreath.com.

Can I exchange a purchase?

Unopened/undamaged/unused oils and bracelets in their original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days. Unused candles in its original undamaged packaging can also be exchanged or returned for a refund. Customers are responsible to pay for return and exchange shipping.

Am I responsible to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Will shipping fees be refunded?

Shipping costs are not credited back for returned orders.

Damaged products upon delivery or issues with your order?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at info@moonsbreath.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong order.

What if my order is missing something?

If something is missing from your order or has not arrived, please email us your order information at info@moonsbreath.com.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

To cancel or change your order please email us at info@moonsbreath.com. Once the order has been placed we cannot guarantee changes, but we will try our best to accommodate requests. If the order cannot be changed or canceled, please write "Return to Sender" on the unopened package and dispatch it to the appropriate mail carrier. A full refund will be issued once we receive the package.
We inspect all merchandise returned to us and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition of the item(s). Any items not meeting the above criteria will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 60 days from when we receive the non-returnable item(s) in question, the item(s) will be destroyed, and no refund will be issued.
